NRW CONTRACTING
On December 9, 2019, NRW Holdings Limited, an ASX listed company headquartered in Perth, Western Australia completed the acquisition of BGC Contracting Pty Ltd (ABN of 88 008 766 407).
As part of the completion process, BGC Contracting Pty Ltd became a wholly owned subsidiary and was renamed NRW Contracting Pty Ltd whilst the Australian Business Number (ABN) remain unchanged.
