Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, NRW Holdings Limited requests a trading halt in respect of its shares. (ASX: NWH).
It is requested that the trading halt be effective immediately.
A trading halt is requested due to the company being in the final stages of negotiating a significant contract variation.
It is expected that the trading halt will end when the company is in a position to provide an announcement to the market regarding the contract.
NRW Holdings request the trading halt to end at the commencement of trading on Monday January 18, 2010 or when an announcement is made, whichever occurs sooner.
NRW is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market in relation to the trading halt.
