Heavy Equipment Trainer & Assessors (Mining)

The Requirements:
As the successful candidate, it is essential that you have:

• An absolute commitment to safe work practices,
• Certificate IV Trainer Assessor (TAA) or equivalent qualification,
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a hard rock open pit mining environment, in a similar training or supervision role,
• A working knowledge of surface mine production operations,
• Experience operating a variety of surface mining equipment,
• Excellent communication skills and a hands on approach,
• The ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision,
• Sound computer skills including the use of spreadsheets are required,
• An appreciation and awareness of working with cultural sensitivities is an absolute must
