We are currently seeking Production Supervisor’s to be a part of the NRW leadership team responsible for all aspects of supervision of employees in an open pit mining environment.  This position is a full time permanent position, FIFO from Perth with fantastic remuneration on offer.  

The primary responsibility of this role is to maximise both safety and productivity in the workplace through effective supervision of employees, equipment and processes.

Key accountabilities of the position are:

• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety & experience in a broad range of safety activities.
• Solid experience working in a supervisory role.
• Experience monitoring equipment and processes in an open cut mining environment
• Demonstrated ability in coordinating and planning operations in an open cut mining environment
• Appreciation of environmental concerns in a mining environment

A Restricted Quarry Managers certificate will be highly regarded for this role and demonstrated experience in a mining production environment and computer literacy is essential.

You will be a safety-conscious and environmentally aware leader, possessing excellent communication skills (written / verbal / interpersonal).  You will also be able to problem solve and have the practical ability to deliver coherent plans.
